The Chancellor of Covenant University, Ota, Ogun, Dr David Oyedepo, has stressed the need for universities to equip students with the necessary skills to solve the country’s leadership challenges.
Oyedepo made the call in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday in Ota.
Oyedepo said that could be done by establishing Africa leadership development centres in various universities in the country.
He explained that the Covenant University had commenced an online diploma and certificate courses in leadership, in a bid to address the leadership challenge.
